I didn't have such a fantastic week, I lost a pound. I have to step it up this week for sure. We've done awesome thus far, and need to just keep going! :)
You'll be back next week, just remember what you've done in such a short space of time.
Regarding the exercise, I hated everything about it in the beginning and the only way I can semi-enjoy it now is to set targets and note down my reps, so that I feel like I'm at least improving. It's never a nice thing to do when you're carrying a load of extra weight.
You must hate hauling all that fat around more or you wouldn't be here. :)
You had a great loss last week so it's not suprising that you leveled off this week. Don't let it mind f you. You are doing really great, despite how busy your life is. Keep trying different exercises out, you are bound to find something you at least can tolerate if not one day maybe enjoy. Hang in there!
