Hey There.

Didn't mean to disappear but tax season and school are sucking up all my time right now.

Sundays weigh in for the Allan Challenge- 293! Twenty-four pounds lost in four weeks.

I keep My Fitness Pal up to date so if you are interested you can check out my menus and calories.

Have not added any exercise. In addition to being swamped time wise- I'm having terrible allergy/sinus issues. I am really liking this weight loss and know that exercise will contribute to that and to overall good health. I have also heard there are some people that actually like exercise when they find something they like. Who knows, maybe I'll become an exercise lover. Crazier things have happened.

Will probably disappear again but tax season is over in a few weeks so there will be more time then.


  1. You are phenomenal!! I am so proud of you!! In spite of all the craziness going on, you are kicking butt!

    I actually DO like exercising now, but if you asked me if I did a few months ago, I would have looked at you like you had two heads. Who would've thought? I think if you find something that you also find FUN, you will like it too!

    Hope the allergy issues clear up over the next few weeks, but keep doing whatever you're doing! Getting into the 200s is a MAJOR milestone, so learn to love the exercise (haha) and don't ever go back to the dreaded 300s!! :) x
